Last night @paulmccartney played music in Baltimore for the first time since 1964! Here’s a 1987 @wjztv story interviewing folks who saw him play his first Baltimore show, including photographer Morton Tadder and some Beatle-crazed @mercybaltimore students.

This just in: recent donation from Herbert B. Cahan’s son of some WAAM/ @wjztv ephemera and photos. Herb Cahan was the GM of WJZ for many years, leading with his firm belief in television's duty to serve the local community.
